NEW ROCK wants to transmit its clients the maximum confidence, ensuring strict compliance with the regulations of consumers and users.
Therefore, it presents here the General Contracting Conditions that will regulate commercial transactions between NEW ROCK and its users:
Purpose and scope
The user declares to know, at the moment of the order, the particular conditions of sale indicated on the screen (name, price, weight, quantity, details of the products, etc.) and expressly accepts them without reservation. The execution of the order and its confirmation by the user makes it a customer and implies the full and complete acceptance of the particular conditions of sale, only applicable to the order, as well as the acceptance of the rest of the legal documents published both on the web and Conditions of use.
Product sheet and information supplied
The information displayed on the web is accurate and without typographical errors. In the event that at any moment an error of this type occurs, at any time outside the will of NEW ROCK, it will proceed immediately to its correction.

Languages for the acquisition of products
Purchases made by customers will be understood as being linked to the language selected by them, and there is no possibility of celebrating the purchase of products in a language other than Spanish or English.
All prices are indicated by default in euros, and other currencies can be selected at the top of the web portal. The price indicated for both products and transport costs includes the Value Added Tax and any other type of tax included in the Spanish tax regulations that affects the transaction. Customs tariffs of countries outside the European Economic Union are not included. The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated in the order confirmation sent by NEW ROCK.
Additional price for phone / email orders: orders that are not made through the website will have a surcharge of 40€ for handling.
Order confirmation and product availability
The customer makes the order by clicking on the tab "add to cart." The order is added to a total that collects all items confirmed by the customer by clicking on the button illustrated by a shopping cart in the menu bar.
All products indicate their level of availability on the web as well as the time of supply or manufacturing:
Now: indicates that there are sufficient units of the product in the selected size.
Stock Low: indicates that there are few units of the product in the selected size.
Pre Order: indicates that the product must be manufactured because we do not have availability in our warehouses
Without Stock: indicates that we do not have available units. In this case, the indicative date of when it can be acquired will be shown.
NEW ROCK reserves the possibility of not confirming an order for reasons such as the supply of products, a problem related to the order received, an abnormal order or a foreseeable problem regarding the delivery. Regardless of the foregoing, NEW ROCK will inform the customer of such circumstances in the shortest time possible, offering an alternative solution whenever possible.
Shipping terms and rates:
The client will choose the place of reception of the merchandise at the time of placing the order, without there being, in principle, territorial limitation for it.
Delivery times will vary depending on the availability criteria described in the previous point and depending on the address to which the shipment will be made:
Domestic shipments and Europe: Will be made in 48 hours when there is stock available. Otherwise, the delivery period will be indicated within the description of the product.
International shipments: It will be made between 3 to 5 business days from the order confirmation.
NEW ROCK will not be responsible for any delays caused by causes beyond its control or, for example, by way of example, force majeure, sinister, transport strike that delays, prevents or causes the supply to suffer an incident.
If several products have been requested at the same time, NEW ROCK may deliver on different dates the different items that make up the shopping cart, depending on the availability of each one.

The client will benefit from the legal guarantee of 2 years on the products sold.
All our products are designed and manufactured with the greatest possible care. However, the guarantee will not be valid if failures or damages occur due to improper use, lack of maintenance or care contrary to our maintenance instructions.
The buyer should consult the instructions and the appropriate recommendations found in the mode of employment provided with each product.
Any customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 days without the need for justification.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day the customer or a third party indicated by the customer, other than the carrier, acquires the material possession of the goods.
On the other hand, certain products for reasons of health protection or hygiene can not be returned. In this case, this circumstance will be indicated to the consumer.
